Uppingham Library has reopened to the public.
The building on Queen Street has a new accessible entrance and has also been redesigned inside to accommodate the council's new Living Well service. There's also a new self-service kiosk and improvements to the children's library and audiobooks. An official opening will take place on Friday morning, 17th July, where the first ever librarian will be guest of honour.
