Police in Stamford are treating two fires at a house in Emmanuel Road as arson.
Both happened at the weekend. The first in the early hours of Saturday morning was cardboard on fire near a bin. The second was a fire near a car, which caused burn marks on the vehicle in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Although minimal damage was caused, officers have opened a criminal investigation and have asked for information from anyone who saw anything suspicious. So far, no one has been arrested.
