Rutland County Council says it's improving visibility at dangerous road junctions and blind bends by making a second rural grass cut of the season.
At the moment, they're cutting the verge one metre in and leaving the rest long to protect wildlife. They did the first step to cut in the spring and will do the full verge in September.
