In the Premier Division of the Peterborough and District League there wins for Uppingham Town, 2-1 at Leverington Sports thanks to goals from James Howe and Ollie Lewin and Stamford Bells 4-1 home win over Deeping Rangers Reserves. Ferdy Baker, Josh Dowell, Louie Roberts and Zac Treweek on target.
Oakham United lost at home 3-0 to unbeaten leaders Netherton United.

Oakham United in the Leicestershire Women’s League Division 1 won 8-0 at Harborough Town. Zina Cheikh scoring four, Emma Couzens brace and one each for Beth Munton and Vicky Smith.
Cambridgeshire Women’s League Division 1 and Deeping Rangers lost 5-0 at home to Cambridge Rangers. Ketton Sports game was postponed.

South Lincs & Border League:
Ketton Sports 1sts were bowled out for 56 by Grantham 2nds in the Championship as they went down by seven wickets.
To Division 1 and Burghley Park 2nds completed the league double over Heckington 1sts with an eight-wicket win.
Rutland League:
Ketton Sports 1sts lost by 37 runs at home to Wellingborough Indians 2nds. The result with Bourne winning means they are relegated from Division 3. Stamford Town 1sts went down by 135 runs at Northampton Saints 1sts.
To Division 4 East and Market Overton 1sts won by five wickets against Royal Strikers 1sts. Earlier Stewart Naylor had taken five wickets.
Uffington 2nds were beaten by Laxton Park 1sts by three wickets in Division 4 West.
Rugby
Stamford lost out in hard fought game in the Regional 2 Midlands East in which they scored three tries as their hosts Daventry won by 31 points to 22.
Bourne Counties 1 North Plate Round 1 fixture was a home walk over for Nottingham Moderns.
A minute’s silence was observed before the start of the Counties 3 & Below Championship Round 1 game at Oakham to remember Tu, who tragically passed away on the pitch at West Bridgford after scoring a try for Oakham on 24 September 2016.
As to the result Oakham lost 76-7 to Boston with Lewis Crellin scoring a try and conversion. Better news for Oakham Veterans they won 37-7 against Stamford Veterans.
Women’s Rugby
Stamford Women won at Wymondham Wasps in the Women's NC 1 East by 27points to 26. This was after trailing 26-8 at the break. Captain Gemma Alcoran scored two tries and one each for Kieva Clegg and Kayna Penrose-Toms, Daisy Attley with two conversions and a penalty.
