Oakham 1sts completed a seven wicket win at Loughborough Town 1sts who they dismissed for 69 in the Premier Division, the 2nds lost to Bharat Sports 2nds by four wickets in Division 4 East. The 3rd X1 in Division 9 East completed the double at Countesthorpe 3rd XI by eight wickets.
Uppingham Town 1sts in Division 1 were beaten at home by ten wickets by Barrow Town 1sts, the 2nds losing by five wickets at Dunton Bassett 1sts. Uppingham Town 3rd X1 won by 107 runs at Market Overton 2nds in Division 9 East.
Market Overton 1sts completed the double over Hallaton Stars 2nds in Division 7 East by ten wickets after the hosts were all out for 63, Stewart Naylor taking 7-26.
Wakerley & Barrowden 1sts in Division 9 East made it three wins on the bounce and league double over Barkby United 3rd XI by 116 runs.

Burghley Park 1sts lost by five wickets at home to Scunthorpe Town 1sts.
South Lincs & Border League:
Ketton Sports 1sts completed the double at Sleaford 2nds by three wickets with Matt Bird taking 5-11 in the Championship, whilst the 2nds were all out for 88, Fin Bray 5-16 as Uffington 1sts won by eight wickets in Division 3.
Burghley Park 2nds in Division 1 were dismissed for 80 at bottom side Boston 2nds to lose by 129 runs.
Cambridgeshire & Huntingdonshire League Division 2:
Stamford Town 1sts lost at Biggleswade 1sts by 169 runs.
Rutland League:
2nd placed Burghley Park 1sts won by seven wickets after they had bowled out Oakham 1sts for 177 with Gareth Hook taking 6-26.
Top of the table game in Division 2 saw leaders Uppingham Town have a comfortable win over 3rd placed Uffington 1sts by nine wickets after they were dismissed for 73, Toby Rees with 5-20.
Division 3 saw Ketton Sports 1sts lose at Bourne 1sts by eight wickets after being restricted to 196-8.
Market Overton 1sts in Division 4 East were dismissed for 77 with Ufford Park 2nds securing an eight-wicket victory, whilst Uffington 2nds won by 40 runs after posting 230-6 over bottom side Nassington 1sts in Division 4 West.
Grantham and Melton Cricket Association Division 2:
Burghley Park 2nds are no longer bottom of the league after they won by 87 runs at Stamford Town 2nds after making 251-5, which included 102 from John Barker.
Women’s Cricket
Market Overton 1sts suffered their first defeat since May, losing by two-wickets at Denby 1sts who dismissed them for 125 in the East Midlands Women’s Cricket League Division 1.
Football
Leicester City lost 2-1 at Preston North End in the Championship.
Peterborough United suffered their fourth defeat in all competitions losing 2-0 at Wigan Athletic in League One.
The Daniels in the Southern League Premier Central remain without a win and still yet to score as they suffered back-to-back defeats this time 1-0 at Bishop’s Stortford with the goal scored on 61 minutes.
In the Premier Division of the Peterborough and District League, Uppingham Town made it two wins on the bounce, 2-1 over Ramsey Town thanks to a Fynn Seggie brace.
Oakham United have got their first win of the campaign, 2-1 at Chatteris Town with new signing Charlie Willis on target again and Harry Lea.
Stamford Bells had to settle for a point in a 2-2 draw at home to Leverington Sports, Luke Cramp and Tom Davey the scorers, whilst Deeping Rangers Reserves have their first points with a 2-1 home win over FC Peterborough Reserves.
To Division 1 and the Daniels Reserves 100% start continues with a 2-0 home win over Oundle Town Firsts thanks to goals from Elliott Britton and Tyrell Campbell-Smith.
Ketton Sports Premiair remain unbeaten following their 2-1 win at YDP. Nathan Bedford on target for the third game in a row and Jacob Hoffman the other.
Stamford Lions lost 3-2 to visitors Long Sutton Athletic, Callum Palmer and Frank Sarfo with the Lions goals.
In the FA Cup Preliminary Round, Bourne Town beat Wellingborough Town 2-1, thanks to goals from Lewis Darlington and Connor Peters to make it through to the First Round Qualifying. Sadly, it was not to be for Blackstones losing 2-1 at home, Josh Sennett with their goal to Grimsby Borough.
Finally, Cottesmore still await their first point in the Everards Brewery Premier Division following a 3-1 defeat at Magna 73, despite leading at half-time through Leon Kavanagh.
