As schools begin to return in Rutland today there are warnings delays in Oakham town centre are only set to worsen for the next few weeks.
Brooke Road Level Crossing is closed until early October and although Brooke Hill Academy doesn't start back till Monday, the Catmose Group and the Rutland Learning Trust, including Oakham C of E, both begin their new school year today.
