Rutland's libraries can now access resources from universities

Rutland's libraries can now access books from the county's universities.

Any adults in the county could join for free and get books from De Montfort, Loughborough and the University of Leicester's libraries thanks to the Universities Partnership which also enables the establishments themselves to share resources.
