The Ketton Pumpkin Patch is back in full swing this October!
Visitors can use wheelbarrows to hand pick their own pumpkins, squashes and gourds, as well as enjoying an array of Halloween fun themed activities. Located opposite the Ketton cement works, the event is in its second year of operation. It is running every weekend until Halloween and has already seen huge demand since it opened at the beginning of October.
Andy Payne, who runs Ketton Pumpkins, describes what visitors can expect at the farm:
“We’ve got lots of pumpkins to choose from, we’ve also got face painting and photos, tractors to look at and sit in, chickens, cows, baby pigs, refreshments and a straw bale castle too!” says Andy “It certainly seems to have been busy, I think people are quite pleased to be doing something outside in the fresh air.”
