Children were able to see their work on display in an exhibition last Friday at the Odd House in Oakham, which is now an Oakham school building.
Oakham School's Head of Art and Design, Elinor Brass, says the project has engaged a wide age group.
"I think that's actually one of the nicest parts because we can learn from each other. It's really nice for universities to look as far down, if you like, as working with eight year olds and to think about how do they end up being inspired. So that's one thing that makes me reflect on is the sort of moments I've had in my career or as a child where I've been really inspired by an opportunity I've had. In my mind, that's a very important part of it."
