The Stamford Indoor Bowls Club says today's open day at Exeter Gardens is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Free coaching and equipment is provided. They say the sport provides low impact, moderate intensity exercise that can improve fitness, coordination and support better mental well being. The event runs between 10:00am and 4:00pm today. The club also hosted the Lincolnshire under 15 county singles last weekend.
