A fire crew remained at the scene on Broad Street in Stamford overnight after yesterday's fire at Model Fish Bar.
At its height yesterday lunchtime, six appliances and one aerial ladder platform attended. There were fears of a gas leak after the blaze inside the building. Crews used 36 breathing apparatus, three hose reels and one main jet.
