Fundraising into spinal injury research started by the late Claire Lomas from Melton has now topped £1,000,000.
Her husband Dan Spincer and friend Stuart Hall took part in the Great South Run in wheelchairs in her memory yesterday. Claire raised £952,000 before she died in August last year. Her friends and family wanted to make it to £1,000,000 as her legacy.
