Bowling is a fantastic, low-impact sport that’s perfect for all ages. It’s easy to learn, surprisingly addictive, and a great way to enjoy the fresh air.

👟 What do I need?
The best part? You don't need any fancy equipment!
Just wear flat-soled footwear (like trainers or pumps) to protect the green.
We’ll provide the bowls and the coaching!
