Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
Only one entry per email address and phone number is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Employees, agents, or affiliates of Rutland & Stamford Sound, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible to enter the prize draw. This exclusion also applies to anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.
Prize Draw Dates
The prize draw will run from 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must fill out the form on our prize draw page. No other entry types will be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
Entries must include a name, email and phone number. Failure to provide automatically disqualifies you.

Prize
The prize is a mid-week winter overnight stay at The Olive Branch, Rutland, with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Delivery
Rutland & Stamford Sound will handle the delivery of the E-Voucher to your email.
Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The winner will be notified via Email within 14 days after the prize draw ends.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner may be selected.
Publicity
By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the prize draw. This may include the use of their name, photograph, and prize details on Rutland & Stamford Sound and The Olive Branch social media channels, website, and other promotional materials.
Data Protection
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their personal data by Rutland & Stamford Sound for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
Rutland & Stamford Sound will use participants’ personal data for marketing purposes, including sending promotional material and special offers. Participants will have the option to opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the communication.

Liability
Rutland & Stamford Sound and The Olive Branch accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
The winner is responsible for expenses incurred while redeeming the prize unless otherwise stated.
Changes and Cancellation
Rutland & Stamford Sound reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and/or the terms and conditions without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
Disqualification
Rutland & Stamford Sound reserves the right to disqualify any entries if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has otherwise cheated.
Governing Law
The prize draw and its terms and conditions are governed by United Kingdom law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
